a few hundreds m. away from
the existing brewery, we can
still see the ruins of the
old 12th century abbey farm
that gave its name and blazon
to the current brewery.
Fruit
of a long family tradition from
mid. of the last century when it
all begun, brewing beer has always
been a passion that Nathalie Eloir,
daughter and granddaughter of brewers,
still keeps and developed when taking
over the production few years ago

PRODUCTION
With
a brewing tank of 50 hl. and
200 hl. capacity in fermentation
tanks , the brewery offers 5
beers featured by double fermentation
with a global yearly capacity
up to 8000 hl per year.

an exclusive selection of beers
